Canterbury Cricket launches Video Analysis System

Canterbury Crickets Centre of Excellence has this week added a world class video analysis system to its operation. Using siliconcoach Pro and TimeWARP video analysis software in conjunction with large LCD screens and several  strategically placed cameras around the Centre of Excellence batsman and bowlers can now work on their techniques either aided by a coach or using TimeWARP with its capability's of instant delay/ replay function and LCD screens positioned behind the batsman they can work on self analysis and practice.

siliconcoach TimeWARP made the headlines in Australian Cricket earlier in the year with Ricky Ponting claiming that using instance replay software - TimeWARP- had aided in his return to form on Australias tour of the West Indies.

Canterbury Cricket Director of Coaching and Development Richard Hayward said "The siliconcoach video analysis system is an exciting addition to our Centre of Excellence indoor centre, the state of the art technology will greatly assist our players develop their games to reach their potential. It will also be a very valuable resource for our coaches in Canterbury".
